Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as delivered.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
