Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after package is dropped off to carrier
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. You would have to Repay for Shipping to be sent back out to the correct address
